• Neck circumference (mid-neck at the Adam's Apple)
• Hood style — standard neck or extended shoulder cowl
• Rebreather bag size — 2L, 3L, or 5L

Designed and handcrafted in the U.S.A. by FANTOMAS & Co., this is a fully custom, made-to-measure rebreather gas mask hood with mirror lenses and an inflatable gag — built for serious heavy rubber enthusiasts.

Construction

• Hood hand-glued from multiple panels of premium UK-made '4D Supatex' latex for a precise, form-fitting enclosure
• Covers the head, neck, and drapes over the shoulders — no visible neckline, pairs seamlessly with rubber suits
• Full back zipper with hair-protection flap for easy on/off
• Airtight seal — all airflow controlled through inlet ports and/or rebreather bag; no bulky internal straps

Breathing System

• Front inlet/outlet port with threaded connector — functions as a valved outlet or connects to the included rebreather bag (removable end plug included; available in 2L, 3L, or 5L — please specify when ordering)
• Dual side inlet ports with standard 40mm thread — compatible with included twin rubber hoses, NBC filters, or additional rebreather bags
• Hoses connect behind the back via a T-joint with a 40mm adapter port; can also be worn in front

Inflatable Gag

• Detachable inflatable mouthpiece gag with pump (~2.5" long × 1.5" wide)
• Fully removable — mask can be used without it

Lenses

• Mirror eyepieces for total identity concealment
• Optional: clear or dark tinted lenses available — specify preference when ordering
• Optional non-transparent black blindfold covers also available — contact us to request
• All metal parts blackened

Finish & Details

• All-black with blackened metal hardware
• Shipped unshined; latex polish can be applied for a high-gloss look
• Brand new, never used or tried on
