• Forehead circumference (widest point, just above the ears)
• Neck circumference (mid-neck at the Adam's Apple)
• Hood style — standard neck or extended shoulder cowl
• Rebreather bag size — 2L, 3L, or 5L

Based on the rare MSA Millennium full-face respirator, this heavy rubber hooded gas mask is designed and handcrafted by FANTOMAS & Co. — fully custom, made-to-measure, with twin hoses, a rebreather bag, detachable inflatable gag, and a removable dark tinted faceshield.

Construction

• Hood hand-glued from multiple panels of premium UK-made '4D Supatex' latex for a perfect, form-fitting enclosure
• Covers the head, neck, and drapes over the shoulders — no visible neckline, pairs seamlessly with rubber suits; standard neck length also available — specify when ordering
• Full YKK back zipper with hair-protection flap for easy on/off
• Airtight seal — no bulky internal straps

Breathing System

• Dual side inlet ports with standard 40mm thread — accept the included twin rubber hoses, NBC filters, single hoses, or rebreather bags (optional accessories not included)
• Twin hoses connect behind the back via a T-joint with 40mm threaded adapter — connects to the included rebreather bag (2L, 3L, or 5L — please specify when ordering); also compatible with optional NBC filters or additional hoses (not included)
• Hoses can be worn in front if preferred; mask can also be used without hoses

Inflatable Gag

• Detachable inflatable mouthpiece gag with pump (~2.5" long × 1.5" wide) — both gag and pump are fully detachable and easily removed if desired; pump stores conveniently under the chin for a less bulky fit

Faceshield & Lens

• Clear lenses with included removable dark tinted faceshield overlay — limo tint effect, opaque from outside, clear visibility for the wearer; shield simply fits over the clear lens and can be removed at any time
• ⚠️ Please note: the dark tinted faceshield is sourced from surplus stock and may show minor scuffs or scratches — this is reflected in the reduced price
• Optional: Custom made non-transparent black blindfold faceshield also available — contact us for details

• Sizes: S/M, M/L, L/XL, or made-to-measure — contact us with your measurements (see measuring instructions above)
• Note: L/XL size is available with a size M facepiece and dark tinted faceshield (as shown), or can be made with a size L facepiece — but the size L facepiece is only available with the non-transparent black faceshield. Please specify your preference when ordering.
• Shipped unshined; latex polish can be applied for a high-gloss look
• Brand new, never used or tried on
