• Mouthpiece preference — inflatable gag, drinking attachment, or none

Based on the Israeli M15 gas mask, this heavy rubber hooded rebreather is designed and handcrafted in the U.S.A. by FANTOMAS & Co. — fully custom, made-to-measure, with a lower rebreather bag, upper breathing hose port, inflatable gag, and voicemitter.

Construction

• One-piece construction: latex hood permanently attached to the gas mask
• Hood hand-glued from multiple panels of premium UK-made '4D Supatex' latex for a perfect, form-fitting enclosure
• Covers the head, neck, and drapes over the shoulders — no visible neckline, pairs seamlessly with rubber suits
• Full YKK back zipper with hair-protection flap for easy on/off
• Airtight seal — no bulky internal straps

Breathing System

• Lower inlet/outlet port fitted with a 3L rebreather bag with removable end plug (2L and 5L also available — specify when ordering); bag sits comfortably on the wearer's chest for full airflow control
• Upper inlet port with standard 40mm thread — accepts the included single breathing hose or any standard NBC filter (not included); if blocked, all airflow routes through the rebreather bag
• Front voicemitter allows clear communication while wearing the mask

Inflatable Gag

• Detachable inflatable mouthpiece gag with pump (~2.5" long × 1.5" wide) — both gag and pump are fully detachable, so the mask can be used with or without this feature
• Can also be made with a drinking attachment instead, or without any mouthpiece — specify your preference when ordering

Lenses

• Dark tinted eyepieces — clear visibility for the wearer, identity concealment from outside

Finish & Details

• Shipped unshined; latex polish can be applied for a high-gloss look
