• Forehead circumference (widest point, just above the ears)
• Neck circumference (mid-neck at the Adam's Apple)
• Hood style — standard neck or extended shoulder cowl
• Rebreather bag size — 2L, 3L, or 5L

Orders cannot begin production until measurements are received. Lead time: 8–10 weeks.

Based on the CM7M respirator with dual side ports, this heavy rubber hooded gas mask is designed and handcrafted in the U.S.A. by FANTOMAS & Co. — fully custom, made-to-measure, with twin hoses, a front rebreather bag, and dark tinted lenses.

Construction

• One-piece construction: latex hood permanently attached to the gas mask
• Hood hand-glued from multiple panels of premium UK-made '4D Supatex' latex for a perfect, form-fitting enclosure
• Covers the head, neck, and drapes over the shoulders — no visible neckline, pairs seamlessly with rubber suits
• Full YKK back zipper with inner hair guard for easy on/off
• Airtight seal — no bulky internal straps

Breathing System

• Dual side inlet ports with standard 40mm thread — accept the included twin rubber hoses, NBC filters, single hoses, or rebreather bags (optional accessories not included)
• Twin hoses connect behind the back via a T-joint with 40mm threaded adapter — compatible with an optional additional rebreather bag or other 40mm accessories (available for extra charge — contact us if interested); hoses can also be worn in front or removed entirely
• Lower front inlet/outlet port fitted with a detachable rebreather bag (2L, 3L, or 5L — please specify when ordering) with removable end plug; bag sits comfortably on the wearer's chest for full control of airflow in and out — bag can be replaced with the included outlet valve for a regular gas mask breathing pattern

Lenses

• Dark tinted lenses (real tint, not laminate) — opaque from outside, clear visibility for the wearer
• Optional: clear lenses available — specify when ordering

Finish & Details

• Sizes: S/M, M/L, L/XL, or made-to-measure — contact us with your measurements (see measuring instructions above)
• Shipped unshined; latex polish can be applied for a high-gloss look
• Brand new, never used or tried on
