• Forehead circumference (widest point, just above the ears)
• Neck circumference (mid-neck at the Adam's Apple)
• Hood style — standard neck or extended shoulder cowl
• Rebreather bag size — 2L, 3L, or 5L

Orders cannot begin production until measurements are received. Lead time: 8–10 weeks.

An original FANTOMAS & Co. design, handcrafted in the U.S.A. — this custom heavy rubber rebreather hood features a triple inlet port system for maximum breathing configuration flexibility, a dark tinted faceshield, and twin hoses.

Construction

• One-piece construction: latex hood permanently attached to the gas mask
• Hood hand-glued from multiple panels of premium UK-made '4D Supatex' latex for a superior, form-fitting enclosure
• Covers the head, neck, and drapes over the shoulders — no visible neckline, pairs seamlessly with rubber suits; standard neck length also available — specify when ordering
• Full back zipper with inner hair guard for easy on/off
• Airtight seal — no bulky internal straps

Breathing System — 3 Inlet Ports

• Side ports (×2): Valved inlet ports with standard 40mm thread on each side — accept the included twin rubber hoses, NBC filters, single hoses, or extra rebreather bags
• Front port (×1): Additional 40mm threaded inlet port — compatible with gas mask filters, the included rebreather bag, or other 40mm accessories
• Twin hoses connect behind the back via a T-joint with 40mm adapter — connects to the included rebreather bag (available in 2L, 3L, or 5L — please specify your preference when ordering); can also be worn in front or removed entirely
• Unused ports can be sealed with included screw-in plugs (×2) for different breathing configurations
• Front voicemitter allows clear communication while wearing the mask

Faceshield & Lens

• Dark tinted faceshield (real tint, not film or laminate)
• Optional: clear lens available — specify when ordering

Finish & Details

• Sizes: Standard S/M, M/L, L/XL, or made-to-measure — please contact us with your measurements for custom sizing (see the measuring instructions above)
• Shipped unshined; latex polish can be applied for a high-gloss look
